Holds a degree in Human Resources with extensive experience in full-cycle and contract recruiting, talent strategy, workforce planning, candidate sourcing and selection, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and leadership partnership. Proven ability to identify and attract high-quality talent, build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders, and align talent strategies with organizational goals. Brings a comprehensive understanding of the full employee lifecycle, combining recruiting expertise with hands-on HR experience to help organizations attract, develop, engage, and retain exceptional people.
Terisa K. Williams
Senior Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of diverse career success leading HRBP functions, talent acquisition, talent management, and people operations across corporate, startup, and nonprofit sectors. Holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, bringing a unique combination of strategic business acumen, expertise in human behavior, and people-centered leadership to the HR function. Expert in navigating the full employee lifecycle while developing and tailoring talent, engagement, compliance, and retention strategies to diverse organizational cultures and business needs.
